It's exciting and daunting, exhilarating and exhausting. Working in education is the job you've always wanted to do ... and sometimes the one you most want to get away from.

So keeping staff morale afloat, building resilience to work-related stress, improving work-life balance, and paying attention to the well-being of all is crucial, especially in such uncertain and changing times - and especially when challenged with the constraints and new ways of working enforced by Covid-19 restrictions. And especially where it's so important to retain good staff and offer something extra in order to recruit new staff.
Working4wellbeing, is enthusiastic about supporting Headteachers, school governors, leadership & management teams, and staff across all roles in getting the best they can from their work ... so that they can give the best they can to the children and young people in their care.
